Coffee and sex

Sex is good for the heart:

If consumed at least 3 times a week reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Sex is good for the butt:

Sex contributes to muscle tension and helps you lose weight. How? When you're excited heart beats 150 times per minute, almost twice faster than idle. In this way the body burns on average 200 calories, which is the same as running 15 minutes.

Coffee is good for the heart:

People who drink coffee have a lower risk of heart attack, because coffee protects the heart from disease (but not of stroke). But for that much needed coffee, more than 6 cups a day (36% lower risk of heart attack) or 2-4 cups of a 20% lower risk.

Coffee is good for practicing:

Drinking coffee before training can help you to exercise harder and longer and thus burn more calories.

Coffee is good for energy:
Coffee without sugar has only 2 calories and gives a lot of energy. It is a great way to refresh the body after something you do not have to burn them. Also, studies show that this beverage increases mood and improves concentration.

Coffee is good for business:

Drinking coffee enhances brain function (but only in women), improves memory, decision making and the general effect on the job.

However, coffee also has some negative effects:

Coffee, sex and blood pressure:

Some studies have shown that coffee combined with a lively sex can lead to brain aneurysms in people who have already had this condition in the past. Why? Aneurysms result from weakening of the arterial wall and, at worst resemble, can lead to its rupture. If you have an aneurysm, avoid caffeine and stick to easy sex.
So, balance is the key to everything. A 3 times a day for a week or two of satisfaction is quite a reasonable number.
